While your accredited assessor will provide you with useful information on the day, you will be provided with a tailored written report shortly thereafter.
Your tailored Home Assessment report, which is valid for 6 months, recommends the best water and energy saving changes you can make to your property and practical information to get you started!
Step 3 - Qualify for an Australian Government Interest Free Green Loan
Now you have the right information, you can make an educated decision to exercise changes for your home. By completing a Home Sustainability Assessment, you may now be eligible to receive an Australian Government Interest Free Green Loan for up to $10,000.00 over 4 years (eligibility criteria Applies).
Use your Green Loan to make approved home changes, purchase approved Green Appliances or even cover the gap on existing Government Rebates such as Solar Hot Water, Home Insulation and Water Storage.
